Sad that he has bailed. Id be buying this too but for $40 I do expect some sort of customer support.

I'm having an issue with the Picture Gauge. I finally got everything working and it falls when the enemy takes damage, unfortunately it doesn't sync up with the enemy's hp.

The gauge doesn't fall enough when the enemy has >50% health, once the enemy has exactly 50% health then the gauge is perfectly in sync, but <50% health it starts to become off again.

When an enemy with 20 HP hits 2 remaining HP, the gauge shows empty.

Is this plugin still being updated? 

Does this or the free version work on Android?

The free version of HUD maker has a pretty basic text component, and so far as I can tell doesn't have multiline support (say, if you want a paragraph of text in a window). Does the paid version have that?

This might be a long-shot, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask. Do you think it would be possible down the line to add functionality to import HUD data from your HUD Maker MV plugin into HUD Maker Ultra Pro? I'm hoping to move a project that makes heavy use of your HUD Maker from MV into MZ, but the thought of recreating several hundred HUD components is admittedly pretty daunting. 

How do I get an image to attach to a specific event?

UI in battle will be bugged if you updated the UI and open an old save.

It can be fixed by using the plugin command -> reset UI

Question before I buy this, anyone knoww if I can make the buttons clickable or hud to go OVER a message text? I plan to buy it next month anyways, but curious

Yes, HUDMaker has animations and events for hovering over buttons or clicking them.  There is a lot you can do with this plugin, I use the PRO version to make custom menus.  The free version will let you do a lot as well.  You should check it out.

Ah---I can make the button fully transparent, but Is there a way to make it clickable while a message is happening? I can only click it when the message is over, is there a code or something I can put in?

Did you find a way to get a button you can click or hover while a message is happening? I am hesitating to buy.

I think I ended up making the message box a picture instead but It's been so long I don't remember. I know I couldn't get it to work with hudmaker pro

Hi, this is a really good tool. I've been using the free version for a while and I was wondering if the pro one allows you to show status effects like the baseline hud cause so far I've had to configure one icon image for each effect which is kinda of a downside.

After a long time I used this tool again... I didn't used it, because I thought it wouldn't be compatible with android. Now I tested it (new project with only Ultra Base, HUD Maker Ultra & HUD Maker Ultra Pro) and it works for me / on my phone. ^^

I evented some titlescreens, even small menus but with this tool it's so much easier. It can be a little bit difficult, there are many features that the tool offers. So take your time, it's worth it. :)

The tool works well but it has several bugs that you will only find when you really start creating different screens and need several features that don't have. I used it in a project but ended up abandoning it due to the lack of basic features that should be present in the current version. You may not encounter these problems, but unfortunately I did.

can you use this to make custom menu choices on the main map screen? I want to make custom menu choices to do a custom battle system and NOT use rmmz's system.

Yes that's possible. You can add an "add-on" -> "on click" -> activate a common event or do a script-call.
